I just finished shooting the most incredible elopement of all time. Jodi and Darius\u2019s wedding day, was so well thought out\u2026 so beautifully executed. Each and every one of the Napa Valley locations we chose to take photographs, were nothing short of breathtaking.<\/p>\n
ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderWe started the day at the Lavender Inn, in Yountville, California. It is such a quaint, inn with a beautiful perennial garden in full bloom. Dare I say, it was the perfect location to photograph both the bride and groom as they were getting ready for their wedding.<\/p>\n

ngg_shortcode_1_placeholderThen, we were off to Castello di Amorosa, a castle replica near Calistoga at the northern tip of Napa Valley. This castle was built by Dario Sattui of V. Sattui Winery. It took 14 years to build by old world craftsmen, and I must say, it is absolutely spectacular. Here, I shot Jodi and Darius\u2019s first look photographs. They turned out lovely.<\/p>\n

ngg_shortcode_2_placeholderThe wedding ceremony itself was at Hans Fahden with its striking wine caves, fantastic views of Mount St. Helena, incredible Monet-inspired gardens, meandering walking paths and shimmering koi ponds. In one word \u2013GORGEOUS! Hans Fahden is, in effect, a photographer\u2019s dream location for a wedding. Behind every turn, there is either a picture perfect vignette, or a stunning view.<\/p>\n

What a spectacular way to end the most romantic of days. There was no detail left undone for this couple\u2019s incredible, Wine Country elopement. Congratulations, Jodi and Darius!
