Sonoma Valley Wedding Photography at Sebastiani Vineyards

Wedding Ceremony at Silverado Resort and Reception at Sebastiani Vineyards
Zach and Sara’s wedding was absolutely gorgeous –certainly a day to remember.  This couple took advantage of the very best Napa Valley has to offer.   Their intimate wedding ceremony was located at the stunning Silverado Resort and Spa, followed by an inspired reception at Sebastiani Vineyards.   We snuck in a fabulous photo shoot between events at an old train station complete with vineyard backdrop for truely iconic Napa Valley wedding photographs. The results are fabulous.

This couple was so playful –they were a blast to photograph.  They are so clearly in love –you can tell… I can tell!   This is the type of wedding I live for as a photographer.  I have been able to create many timeless pieces using color, black and white as well as sepia tones.  Composition, light, subject, and inspiration all came together in one amazing day.   I am very proud of the work I have done for Zach and Sara, and they are thrilled as well.

I have created a terrific video featuring the lovely newly weds.  The bride is absolutely stunning, and the groom, so clearly adores her.  They are a wonderful couple, and it was my honor to be a part of their big day.   They will remember it forever, and honestly, so will I.

Community Resources for Children

When I became a professional photographer years ago, my goal was to be an artist who gives back to the community. Over the years, I have been steadfast with my belief that the more you give back, the more rooted you are in the community in which you live; everyone benefits, and I have been able to be true to myself, my art, and my goals.

Napa is such an amazing community of people who help people, and it has been my honor to join forces with Claudia Alexander and Diana Short at Community Resources for Children of Napa Valley, it’s an incredible organization doing wonderful work for the kids of Napa Valley.

Christophe Genty Photography accepts proposals from Non-Profit Organizations in the area who are forward thinking and doing wonderful work for the community. Please be sure to contact the studio anytime to see if your organization, or an organization you support, may be a good fit. This project with Community Resources for Children, and many others, has allowed me to do what I do best, while giving back to my community. It’s a win-win for all!

My Community – StoneBridge School, Napa, CA

As a young boy I attended a very strict boarding school for boys – while my education was certainly academically sound, the atmosphere was stern and lacked an appreciation for the creative. My creative muse was found a little later in life and is what inspires me today. Now as a father, I am so inspired by my son’s school and educational curriculum- it makes me wish I’d been able to attend such an amazing school.

I created this video for a recent fundraiser at The Stone Bridge School to illustrate the incredible activities and programs offered, and to help the school raise funds to support specialty teachers and programs. Stone Bridge offers many specialty classes such as movement and breathing classes, music, Spanish classes, as well as more traditional art classes. All have been incredibly influential on my son and his own creative journey for which I am incredibly grateful.

The Stone Bridge School is based in community – families and teachers together using Waldorf inspired methods to nourish and educate our children. While it is a public charter school, Stone Bridge offers a philosophy, curriculum, and teaching method that embraces the developmental model of awakening each child’s full and unique potential. The Waldorf Method believes in developing creative imagination by nurturing the true sense of wonder and reverence for nature and humanity inherent in all young children.
